Cancellation Policy

All private sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your child spot. CANCELATION POLICY: Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours in advanced to reschedule without penalty. Cancelations made less than 24 hours before sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. NO-SHOWS are considered completed sessions. RESCHEDULING: Each session may be rescheduled on time with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduled sessions must be used within 30 days. LATE ARRIVALS: If a participant arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full fee applies. EMERGENCY EXCEPTIONS: In the case of illness or family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be granted at the discretion of HeartScribble.
